1. Installation does not meet the requirements, multi-strand wires are not twisted tightly, tinned, crimped loosely, and have burrs;
2. The crimping of phase and neutral wires is loose, the distance is too close, and some external force causes them to collide with each other, causing relative zero short circuit or phase short circuit;
3. Bad weather, such as strong winds, damages the insulation support, and the wires collide and rub against each other, causing the insulation of the wires to be damaged and short circuit; on rainy days, the waterproof facilities of electrical equipment are damaged, and rainwater enters the electrical equipment to cause short circuit;
4. There is a lot of conductive dust in the environment where the electrical equipment is located. If the dustproof facilities are improperly selected or damaged, the conductive dust falls into the electrical equipment, causing short circuit failure;
5. Human factors, such as temporary relocation of wires, switch boxes, distribution boards, etc. during civil construction, improper handling, accidental contact with overhead lines during construction, or damage to cables in the soil during excavation.
Finding short circuit failures in lighting stainless steel distribution boxes: Generally, a combination of branch, segment and part inspections is used, and the lamp test method is used for inspection.
The short circuit fault of the lighting stainless steel distribution box is manifested as: the fuse is blown, and there are obvious burn marks and insulation carbonization at the short circuit. In severe cases, the insulation layer of the wire will be scorched and even cause a fire.
