10KV oil-immersed distribution transformers are important equipment in distribution networks and power supply and distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises. They have the advantages of compact structure, attractive appearance, small size, low noise, and strong overload capacity.
10KV class three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers are available in hermetically sealed and conservator types. They are applicable to plant, mine, petrochemical, and other 10KV class power distribution systems for industry and agriculture. They are also popular in sites with oil contamination and chemical substances.
The S11-S13 series transformers, rated at 500 kVA, are constructed using premium materials and advanced technologies in their coils, bodies, and insulation. They feature minimal no-load and load losses, a consistent magnetic circuit, enhanced reliability, and energy efficiency.
The S11 series consists of fully sealed iron core distribution transformers. Recent developments have led to low noise and low loss transformers that eliminate joints in the iron core, significantly decreasing no-load losses and currents by 60% to 80%. The high and low voltage coils are continuously wound around the core column, resulting in compact windings with excellent concentricity, which also improves the transformer's anti-theft capabilities.
The S13 series is designed for low no-load loss, low no-load current, and low noise, offering significant energy-saving benefits that enhance the quality and reliability of the power supply. It is considered green energy-saving equipment that supports environmental protection, with the latest models being utilized in technological upgrade projects.
Both the S11 and S13 series are fully sealed three-phase wound core transformers, differing from traditional flat laminated core transformers. Their iron cores consist of three-phase column yokes arranged in a three-dimensional triangular configuration within a single frame. Each cylinder is continuously rolled from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel strips, with widths precisely cut straight or curved using CNC cutting machines.
