Product Description
The Oil Immersed low loss Transformer eliminates the need for an oil conservator by using the fins of the corrugated oil tank body as cooling elements. The transformer expands and contracts with the increase and decrease of transformer oil, isolating the interior from the atmosphere, preventing oil deterioration, and avoiding insulation moisture and aging, thus enhancing operational reliability.
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively improving the distribution of magnetic flux density within the core, reducing noise, and minimizing losses. The coils are wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-wrapped wire) in a cylindrical (or pancake) structure with uniform ampere-turn distribution and a reasonable insulation structure, providing strong short-circuit resistance.
The internal fasteners of the oil tank use lock nuts to ensure they do not loosen during long-distance transportation. The oil tank surface is treated with phosphating and coated with three-proof paint (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt spray-proof), making it suitable for harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemicals.

Long Service Life
The transformer's oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, and the oil tank and tank edge can be bolted or welded, preventing transformer oil from contacting air and extending service life.

Improvements in oil tank sealing components enhance reliability, with increased process levels ensuring the reliability of the seal.

Compact Size
The S11-M series transformer oil tank uses a corrugated plate radiator, allowing thermal expansion and contraction of the corrugated plate to replace the function of the oil conservator. The corrugated plate oil tank is aesthetically pleasing and occupies a small footprint.
