The 35kV Two-winding no-load voltage regulation distribution transformer features a novel structure, low loss, compact size, and strong short-circuit resistance. It is primarily used in power system substations and 35kV user stations.

Low Loss and Energy Efficiency: The transformer exhibits low loss and significant energy savings.

Advanced Core Design: The core uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with advanced domestic horizontal cutting lines, resulting in shear burrs <0.02mm, slanted joints, no punching, and no stacking of iron yokes. The core columns are bonded with double H adhesive, making the three-column and two-yoke core a unified, flat, and compact structure, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise.

High-Quality Windings: The transformer coils are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper, effectively reducing copper loss. The corner rounding of spacers and support rods ensures uniform electric fields and increased reliability. Internal winding supports are reinforced to enhance stability and prevent deformation. For capacities above 1250kVA, the internal and external coils are assembled and pressed together using a unified base and pressing plates, ensuring consistent axial dimensions and improving the transformer's resistance to short-circuit faults.

Robust Frame Structure: The plate-type clamping components and side beams form a sturdy frame structure. The body and oil tank are rigidly positioned on all six sides, allowing the transformer to withstand impacts during transportation without displacement. If transportation impacts are below specified values, the transformer can be tested and put into operation directly on-site, reducing the need for extensive on-site adjustments.

Enhanced Oil Tank Design: The oil tank is made from a single steel plate, bent into a corrugated structure by a large press, which reduces welds, increases mechanical strength, and expands the heat dissipation area, improving cooling efficiency. The corrugated tank walls also reduce noise by preventing flat-plane sound reflection.

Improved Oil Management: The transformer features a capsule-style oil conservator that effectively slows oil aging. A pointer-type oil level gauge prevents false oil level readings and addresses oil light aging issues. The gas relay with a gas collection device facilitates maintenance, while the plate-type radiator and large-diameter low-noise fan enhance cooling and reduce noise.

Enhanced Sealing and Protection: Traditional sealing structures, especially prone to oil leaks, are improved with materials procured to prevent rust, dents, scratches, and impacts. The oil tank's sealing parts undergo special processing, and the tank is fully spray-painted to eliminate sharp edges, welding slag, and enhance paint adhesion.
