Product Description
The outdoor/indoor cable distribution cabinet is designed for use in power systems with a rated frequency of 50/60Hz and a rated voltage of 380V. It serves for the distribution, protection, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment. The cabinet components are made from glass-fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester material (SMC) and are formed through high-temperature molding. The entire cabinet is assembled from various functional components, designed based on principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. The product features easy assembly, full insulation, complete enclosure, and shielding structure. It is also resistant to heavy contamination and condensation, making it suitable for all-weather operation both indoors and outdoors.
Product Features
The outdoor/indoor cable distribution cabinet features high breaking capacity, good thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, strong series compatibility, practicality, innovative structure, high protection level, and ease of installation, debugging, maintenance, and repair. It complies with GB7251.5 and has passed 3C certification, making it an ideal low-voltage complete device for power grid renovation. Users can choose different configurations based on their needs.

Installation and Debugging
1. Inspection before installation
1) Before installation, it is necessary to determine whether the installation site meets the requirements of relevant standards.
2) Check whether the equipment is intact, and whether the random data and accessories are complete. If any problems are found, contact the manufacturer in time.
2. Installation and wiring
1) Install accessories according to the installation method (floor-standing/wall-mounted) and weight configuration of the distribution box, and keep the box door level and flexible during installation.
2) Select the incoming and outgoing cables according to the current of the box.
3) The incoming and outgoing cables are required to be clamped and fixed with screws to prevent the cables from loosening.
4) The sealing plate of the inlet and outlet cable holes of the box is required to be clamped and the screws are tightened to prevent foreign objects from entering.
5) The external grounding wire of the box is reliably connected to the box shell.
3. Inspection and testing before power on
After the product is installed, the following items need to be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.
1) Check whether the box is dry and clean.
2) Whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.
3) Whether the main electrical components are turned on and off reliably and accurately, and whether the auxiliary contacts are turned on and off reliably and accurately.
4) Whether the instrument indication and the transformer ratio and polarity are correct.
5) Whether the busbar connection is good, and whether its insulating supports, mounting parts and accessories are firm and reliable.
6) The insulation resistance measured with a 500V megohmmeter shall not be less than 10 megohms. When measuring, electronic equipment, capacitors and current-consuming devices such as coils should be disconnected.
Precautions For Use And Maintenance
Tips: Before powering on, please check whether each terminal is normal, whether the conductive screws of each electrical component are tightened, and whether the grounding wire in the box is connected to the external dedicated grounding point for reliable grounding. After powering on, please confirm again whether each terminal is normal.
1) The operation, maintenance and repair of this product must be carried out by qualified electrical personnel.
2) When repairing, disconnect the power supply first, and then repair after the compensation capacitor is discharged.
3) Reliable sealing measures should be adopted at the entrance and exit of the cable to ensure safe operation.
4) The circuit breaker should be repaired regularly.
5) If the distribution box switch uses a knife switch, it must be opened and closed under no-load conditions to ensure personal safety.
